About the client

The Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz is a world-renowned university that attracts students of various nationalities to pursue an artistic education in many faculties.

Business challenge

The specificity of educating musicians causes a very unusual structure of business and accounting processes. Typical shelf systems did not meet the needs of the Academy, so it was decided to build a dedicated system based on the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) architecture.

Our solution

After conducting a thorough business analysis and requirements engineering, optimal information and document flows were designed. The implementation of defined workflows was done based on the integration of the existing islands of systems from different manufacturers. We built the missing parts of the entire system from scratch.

Centralization of information from various systems made it possible to prepare any BI reports that were not there before. Previously, the time of manual data collection and processing made them useless for business.

Future perspective
